Cole Silverman

CEO, SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital – Richmond Heights

Cole Silverman has served as CEO of SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital – Richmond Heights since January 2021. He oversees the hospital’s operational and strategic direction, while providing leadership to the executive team, managers and medical staff. Additionally, Cole ensures regulatory and compliance approvals with the State Department of Health and other agencies.

Cole possesses over 15 years of hospital operations experience, including roles as business manager and assistant director of operations at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital. He joined the SSM Health Rehabilitation Network in 2019 as chief operating officer (COO) at Richmond Heights.

Cole received his bachelor’s degree in public health from Indiana University and a master’s in health administration from Saint Louis University.
