Welcome to SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital – Oklahoma City. A joint partner venture between two top health care organizations, Select Medical and SSM Health. Our 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital opened in December 2024 and is located in midtown, just down the street from SSM Health St. Anthony’s Hospital.

We specialize in treating patients recovering from a variety of medical issues, including stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, amputation, orthopedic trauma, neurological diseases and medically complex conditions.

Our team – led by our medical director, Dr. Archana Barve, a well-respected member of the greater Oklahoma City medical community – is comprised of rehabilitation experts, including physicians, nurses, therapists, case managers and other dedicated staff. They closely collaborate in providing experienced, compassionate care, treatment and support that will guide your recovery.

We tailor treatment to each patient’s needs and goals and promote independence by integrating medical oversight, rehabilitation nursing and leading-edge technologies. Our team provides a range of services to improve mobility, cognition and self-care skills, such as bathing, dressing and eating.
